"I've done many classes over the years, and worked with different trainers - Cara is by far at the top of the list! I've been taking her Cardio-Sculpt class for a few years, and have started using her as my personal trainer in an effort to get back in shape after injuries. "Cara was fantastic to work with. She did a great job identifying my level of ability and set up some great workouts for me. I met with her for a period of about 6 weeks and was quite impressed with how much stronger and healthier I felt. She did a great job at keeping the workouts interesting and challenging me. She was also very patient if I struggled in understanding a particular exercise and was always able to explain/demonstrate it in a different way so that I could understand. Cara did such a great job of motivating me, but she is also did an amazing job of encouraging me. I loved how she would have the routine ready for me at the beginning of each session and how it could be modified or changed to challenge me that day.
